Booking Clarification: Please note, when booking, you are reserving the number of sleighs, not the number of people on each sleigh. This ensures a tailored and intimate experience for you and your group.

Please bring your own blankets to bundle up during your ride.
If you are unable to, we do have some we can provide here, but bringing your own is reccomended.

In our main reception office at the West Lake Grill.
The sleigh ride itself is approximatley 30 minutes long and is appropriate for all ages.
Infants 3 years and under are not considered guests and may be substituded by another guest over the age of 3 years.
If you are needing to cancel or reschedule, we will offer to rebook you at a later date given adequate notice.
If you do not have a date in mind that you would like to rebook, we will put the dollar amount from your booking into our credits system, these credits never expire and can be used towards anything we offer here at Heritage Ranch and the West Lake Grill.
